Cancellation Policy
 
  If you need to cancel your appointment please give us at least 24 hours notice so that we may offer your appointment time to another patient.
If a 24 hour notice is not received there will be a $25.00 charge that is not covered by insurance. Patients who repeatedly miss appointments may be dismissed from the practice
